Builders Estimator

Builder Estimator was developed by a Builder for Builders. We saw the need for a Bid Management and Job Cost Management software application that is inexpensive, can be learned quickly, and have the features to put together complete and accurate bids and handle job costs through project completion.

Key Features:

• Fully detailed Client Info sheet for each project.
• Customizable Cost Item List for each project.
• Cost Item Templates. Create your own list of Cost Items for different types of projects. When a new project is created select from the Cost Item Template the list that works best for that project. There is no need to create a new list for each project.
• Multilple bids can be entered for each Cost Item, then select the bid that you would like to include in your Project Estimate Amount.
• Take Off Estimate Items can be entered using a fully customizable database of subcontractor and vendor items.
• Percentage of Cost Estimate Items. Some Estimate Items are based on a percentage of other Cost Item Amounts. For Example you can set your Builder Profit to be a certain percentage of selected Cost Item Amounts.
• Change Order Items. Keep track of Change Orders by Cost Item.
• Construction Draws. Builders Estimator makes it easy keeping track of Construction Draw Requests.
• Use Builders Estimator Job Cost Projections Worksheet to accurately project final project balances.
• Multiple Project Reports.
