This is a screen shot of the 'Client Info'. In this form you would keep track of important project information including project square footages, project location, client information, and any notes that you might want to have for that project.
This is a screen shot of a list of Cost Items for a project. Each Cost Item can be selected to view the Estimate Items that are entered.
Templates can be created for different types of estimates. This will save hours in reentering new Cost Items for each estimate. After template is installed for a project, the Cost Items then can be edited to suit the needs for that Project. Cost Items can also be added or deleted for each project.
Multiple Estimate Items can be entered for each Cost Item. Then select the Items that you will want to be added to the Cost Item Amount.
Create your own Database of Take Off Items that you use frequently. These items can be updated, edited, deleted, or added to keep your database current.
Use Percentage of Cost type Estimate Items for Estimate Item costs based on a percentage of selected Cost Items.
Keep track of Change Orders and update Project Contract Amount.
